Often they will stop to ask for some work like sweeping or picking up trash. I can't and won't allow them to work. If he is in my shop for 5 minutes and then says he hurt his back, my worker's compensation will pay him $10,000 to make him go away, and my rates go up next year. I would like to pay a man ten dollars to sweep up, but I can't afford it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3885203279714221712.post-47456606137778165682008-04-06T14:47:00.000-04:002008-04-06T14:47:00.000-04:00Very well written. The sad truth is that our streets are littered with some brilliant minds and what can we do to bring thing back?

I've just found Breda and now you.

I'll visit often. Actually, I always hold the Constitution is the highest law in the land and the 2nd Amendment is trump - but then I only honor it not enforce it or its opposite. Arming for one's defense is civic responsibility.Earlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14794620086508373660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3885203279714221712.post-39859872589119401732008-04-05T22:06:00.000-04:002008-04-05T22:06:00.000-04:00Excellent post, Sir!Fine writing style coupled wit...Excellent post, Sir!
Fine writing style coupled with grand advice couched in a touching story; you don't find that combination on the web everyday.
I'm glad Breda sent me over.HollyBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17644166795449256850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3885203279714221712.post-14922413933936307382008-04-05T18:59:00.000-04:002008-04-05T18:59:00.000-04:00thank you, thank you, thank you.thank you, thank you, thank you.bredahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00216098318849287384noreply@blogger.com
